Co-Director
Lisa Nelson is a successful businesswoman and property investor with a strong background in operational delivery and property project management.
As Co-Director of Estates & Assets, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, sourcing profitable opportunities, overseeing refurbishments, and maintaining high standards throughout each stage of the investment process.
With CPD-accredited training in property investment and development, alongside first-hand experience managing rental properties, Lisa brings both practical insight and current industry knowledge. Her commercial mindset and attention to detail help ensure every project is well-structured, compliant, and aligned with the company’s focus on consistent, sustainable growth.
Jamie Moore
Co-Director
Jamie Moore is an experienced property investor and developer with a strong track record of delivering profitable residential projects.
As Co-Director of Estates & Assets, he brings a disciplined, strategic approach to sourcing, structuring and delivering property investments focused on long-term value.
Alongside his property experience, Jamie has an extensive background in private equity-backed and public-sector leadership, holding senior roles across organisations including the National Fostering Group, BUPA, NHS Blood & Transplant, Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s. This experience underpins a combination of commercial insight, operational rigour and long-term strategic thinking.
An MBA graduate and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Jamie has led multi-million-pound programmes at Executive and Board level, negotiated complex transactions, and built sustainable value through a data-driven, risk-managed approach to property investment.
